Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered but if something isn’t right we’re here to help.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges. However, we do offer refunds under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

• You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees)

Please note that we cannot refund:

• Items that have been opened or used

• Sale or promotional items

• Shipping fees
